As of February 1st, 2025, SmartBorder has discontinued the sale of its customs brokerage software to new brokerage firms.

This strategic decision aligns with our focus on centralized service and innovation through our parent company, Livingston International. While we are no longer onboarding new brokers to the SmartBorder platform, non-brokerage customers will continue to be supported by designated groups within Livingston. We remain committed to ensuring a smooth transition and continued operational stability for all existing users.
